By downloading or using these Trial Font Files, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not download or use the files.
- What You Are Receiving These are trial versions of the font software (“Trial Fonts”) provided by Heatwave by Meg Burk (“Foundry”) free of charge, for evaluation purposes only. They contain the basic alphabet and are restricted in the ways described in this agreement.
- What You May Do Install the Trial Fonts on one computer for one user. Use them for internal testing, design exploration, mockups, and client presentations. Include them in internal documents and unpublished project files.
- What You May Not Do Use the Trial Fonts in any published, public-facing, or commercially distributed work. Embed or host the Trial Fonts on a live website, app, or digital product. Share, redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Trial Font files to any other person or entity. Use the Trial Fonts to create logos, wordmarks, or trademark-registered material. Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative fonts from the Trial Font files.
- Ownership The Trial Fonts remain the intellectual property of the Foundry. This agreement grants no ownership, copyright, or right to use the Typeface in any commercial capacity.
- Commercial Use To use the Typeface in any published or commercial work, you must purchase the appropriate license at www.bymegburk.com. Trial Font files must not be used in place of a purchased license.
- No Warranty The Trial Fonts are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The Foundry is not liable for any damage, loss, or claim arising from your use of the Trial Fonts.
- Termination This license terminates immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all Trial Font files from your devices.
